E4mc Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before registering or using any e4mc services. By using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the e4mc platform via the website or mobile app, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you as the user and e4mc as the platform operator.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services. e4mc reserves the right to modify, update or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use by anyone under this age limit is entirely prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of e4mc services, you are required to open a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without any refund.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. e4mc will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep this information secure. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out through their account comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Users must notify e4mc promptly of any changes to their registered personal information.
Platform Usage Rules & Payments
General Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from doing or attempting to do any of the following while using the e4mc platform:
- Using bots, automated software or any technical means to manipulate the betting or gaming system.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Taking any action that could compromise the technical stability or security of the platform.
Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the e4mc platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed in your account at the relevant time.
Deposits are processed automatically within a set timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. For withdrawals, e4mc reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any request. Withdrawal processing times range from one to five business days depending on the selected method and verification requirements.
E4mc is not liable for any losses or delays resulting from inaccurate payment information provided by the user. Any charges arising from failed or rejected transactions are the user's sole responsibility.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
E4mc reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or taken any action that could harm the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance in the relevant account may not be refunded.
Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting e4mc customer support. Any valid and eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the required verification process.
Limitation of Liability
E4mc is not liable for any indirect losses, business interruption losses, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. e4mc's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the e4mc platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of e4mc or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of e4mc.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The e4mc platform may contain links to third-party websites or services used for technical purposes such as payment processing or game content delivery. e4mc is not responsible for the privacy policies, content or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit separately.
Changes to These Terms
E4mc reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the e4mc platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails to reach a resolution, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under applicable law.
